The ABC of a Prayer

Poetry does stir the mind. I have always tried to write something that can modify the feelings of the reader as well as the inquisitiveness of his questioning faculties. The below write-up doesn't attempt any of that. It is just a plain portrayal of my relationship with the Lord.

 

This is the ABC of a Prayer.

 

Ask

O Abba!
The love within all righteous,
Partake in the revival of the spirit in me,
Keep strong this mind and feeble heart,
Amidst the vicious..
Mercy mercy.. on my iniquities..

The Girl i Wish To See Once More

This is for a girl i met off recent in life.... she's.....the masquerade girl.....

It's Friday evening....

watching the clock, holding the thought ... 

Trying to talk to my God.....

Praying for the girl I wish to see once more...

I hit my pillow,

Soothing sighs and peaceful highs.... 

melodies of her giggles and smiles... 

Pouring a beautiful thought into the mind....

Only So Much Do I Know

God inspired me to write this..........i do hope this is worth sharing....... :)

One can ponder about the faith in the footsteps on the water,
There is only so much he can say of the breath that breeds life in the air,
About the beauty of the roses on your grave. . . . .

The Fountain Of Salvation

The fountain of love sprouting from forgiveness

From the moist eyes of the smothered Soul

Tears those bore witness to His son's blood

Tears that lie smouldering the broken pieces of a whole
